RAGI SANKATI(FINGER MILLET DUMPLINGS)

Ingredients used in RAGI SANKATI(FINGER MILLET DUMPLINGS)
• Rice - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Finger millet flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Soak rice in water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take a pan and add soaked rice, water, little salt and cook with lid on until it is 80% done.
  • Remove lid and add finger millet flour and mix nicely
  • Add little water, little salt and mix nicely, later cook with lid on it on very slow flame for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer into a plate and add ghee.

Now Ragi sankati is ready to serve.
