These are good for kids parties - becaues i use the animal cutter to cut the bread into animal shapes. Somtimes i coat the cheese mixture on both sides too.

Ingredients used in Indian style Cheese toast (fried)
• Flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Grated cheese - 90 grams.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Egg yolk - 1 numbers.
• Butter - 30 grams.
• Salt - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Bread slices (depends on how much mixture you use) - 8 numbers.
Method:
Cream butter and egg yolk. Add dry ingredients and mix to a paste. Cut bread ablong or any shape you want. (Kids like the animal shape cutters) Spread the mixture on the bread slices and fry first on the cheese mixture side then turn over on the plain side. Drain and serve.
