Ingredients used in Indian veggie lasgna
• Spices mix(salt, turmeric, chiilipowder, garam masala) - 1 pinch.
• Tomato sauce/pasta sauce - 1 pint.
• Mozarella cheese shredded - 1 cup.
• Ricota cheese - 1 pint.
• Lasgna pasta - 1 bag.
• Peas - 1 cup.
• Cauliflower - 1 small.
• Aloo - 4 slice.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.

1. Heat oil in Pan, when hot add cumin seeds till it splatters 2. Add potatoes, cauliflower and peas..fry for some time ..2 mins 3. Add spices mix, fry for a few mins, then simmer with some water...put the lid on until all veggies are cooked ...maybe 10 mins 4. Cook the lasgna pasta seperately and set aside. add some oil and salt while cooking the pasta, or it will stick to one another 5. In a rectangular baking pan, start layering the lasgna in the following order 6. Tomato/pasta, lasgna pasta, veggies, ricota cheese, mozarella.....repeat upto 2 or 3 layers as thickness desired 7. Cover with Aluminium foil and put it in the oven at 350 for about 35-40 mins 8. The last five minutes, remove the aluminium foil and bake for additional 5 minutes 9. Do not serve immediately...Let it stand for 30 mins before serving...Garnish with Cilantro and lime juice on top.............ENJOY!!!
