Ingredients used in Italian Stuffing
• Loaf white bread - 1 lbs.
• Eggs, beaten - 6 numbers.
• Diced prosciutto - 1 cup.
• Salami, diced - 1 cup.
• Pepperoni, diced - 4 numbers.
• Mozzarella cheese, cubed - 16 numbers.
• Grated parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup.
• Chopped fresh parsley - 2 teaspoons.
• Ground black pepper - to taste.
Method:

Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with enough chicken broth to moisten. Add eggs, prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley and pepper and mix well. Place stuffing in a bowl or casserole dish. If using a casserole dish, bake tented with aluminum foil, at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

Notes: This is a recipe that was created by my grandfather and I took and made it my own. Like many Italian families the recipe was never written down I remember how it tasted and came up with this stuffing recipe. It is on my table every single Thanksgiving.
