- Soak jaggery in little water, strain the water to make the jaggery water.
- Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, cardamom powder, jaggery water and mix nicely to make a medium tough dough.
- Divide the dough into small portion and make thin poori’ s.
- Heat oil in the pan, deep fry this poori’ s and transfer into apaper towel.
Now the crispy poori’ s are ready to serve.
