Ingredients used in JAGGERY POORI
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Soak jaggery in little water, strain the water to make the jaggery water.
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, cardamom powder, jaggery water and mix nicely to make a medium tough dough.
  • Divide the dough into small portion and make thin poori’ s.
  • Heat oil in the pan, deep fry this poori’ s and transfer into apaper towel.

Now the crispy poori’ s are ready to serve.
