Ingredients used in Jeedi Pappu and Mulakay Koora
• Drumsticks - 1 bag.
• Garlic - 6 pods .
• Ginger - 2 inches .
• Cinamon stick - 5 numbers.
• Cloves - 10 .
• Cahews - 10 .
• Pepper - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut - Handful .
• Chillies - 4 .
• Tomatoes - 4 .
• Onions - 4 big.
• Whole cashews - 4 lbs.
• Salt - .
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Gasagasalu - 2 tablespoons.
• Dhaniya - more than Handful .
• Cilantro - Garnishing .
Method:
First fry dhanyina. Make a paste of all together (Dhaniya,gasagasalu,Pepper,kobbari, cashews(10), Cloves - 10 , Cinamon stick - 3 2 inches, Garlic -6 pods, Ginger - 2 inches). Grind Onions to paste. Add some oil to kadai. Then add 3 cloves and some cinamon stick. then add onion paste and green chillies. Once the Onions truns golden brown color then add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Once tomatoes are done then add the paste and the cashews. Add some water and cook for another 20 mins until the gravy is cooked. Atlast add drumstciks and cook for another 10 mins.
