Ingredients used in Jeera Pakhala
• Rice - 2 cup.
• Kala jeera - 25 grams.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaf(bhrusunga patra) - 1 number.
• Red pepper(sukhila lanka) - 4 numbers.
Method:
Firstly Boil the water in vessel, add washed rice and cook till it is half done Heat oil in a pan add red pepper,Kala Jeera and fry them till they splutter Now add the prepared rice, some more water, curry leaves and cook for another 5mins and serve hot.
