Ingredients used in Jinga cutlets
• Breadcrumbs - 30 grams.
• Egg - 30 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 10 grams.
• Ginger - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 numbers.
• Onions - 200 grams.
• Large parwns - 500 grams.
• Fat and fry - 60 grams.
Method:

1. Shell prawns. Remove intestines and wash well.

2. Grind togeather onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and salt, to a fine paste.

3. Smear paste on prawns.

4. Marinade for half an hour.

5. Dip prawns in egg cover with bread crumbs and shallow fry in hot fat till crisp and brown.
