JUICY TENDER CHICKEN

Ingredients used in JUICY TENDER CHICKEN
• Salt - 30 grams.
• Water - 1-2 bottle.
• Chicken(whole) - 1000 grams.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add whole chicken with the chicken breast facing the downside of the bowl.
  • Then add salt, water and put into the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • If possible rotate chicken i.e upside down so that complete chicken will be nice and tender.

I use a ziplock bag to brine my bird. Squeeze all the air out for complete brine coverage. When you're done,just throw it away.
