Ingredients used in Junnu without Condensed Milk
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Grated jaggery - 1 cup.
• Whole milk - 2 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a hand mixer or with a fork. Now, add whole milk, pepper powder, and cardamom powder to the egg mixture and beat for 1 more minute. Finally, add jaggery to the egg mixture and beat for 2 more minutes. Now pour half cup of water in a pressure cooker and place this bowl in it, covered with a lid. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes over a medium flame without whistle. Mouth watering junnu is ready. Tastes good if refrigerated for 5-8 hours.
