Ingredients used in Kadapada
• Rice - 2 cup.
• Chana dal - 1/4 cup.
• Udad dal - 1/4 cup.
• Hing - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli - 4 numbers.
• Thuvar dal - 1/4 cup.
• Fenugreak seed - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Soak rice and fenugrek for 6 hours, and all dal for 30 mts. Grate all ingredients with the soaked items to coarse thick paste. Heat a tava spread the paste small thick dosas. Add oil and turn the other side cook adding oil and turning sides till crisp and brown. Can be served with or without chutney .
