Ingredients used in kadhambam chutney
• Oil - 5 ml.
• Mustard seeds - 3 grams.
• Chillies - 8 numbers.
• Onion cubes - 50 grams.
• Tomato cubes - 30 grams.
• Tamarind - 5 grams.
• Asafoetida - 3 grams.
• Ginger - 10 grams.
• Salt - to taste.

1.heat oil in a pan and put in mustard seeds .when they crackle add whole chillies onion cubes tomato cubes ginger asafoetida and saute well.

2.grind above ingredients in a grinder.check for seasoning and finish.
