Ingredients used in kakarakaya pachadi
• Salt - half cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 cup.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Tamarind - hand full .
• Bitter gourd - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 1 numbers.
• Curry leaves - .
- peel the bitter gourd and cut it into small peaces . - soak the tamarind atleast 10 min . - cut the onions into small peaces . - next grind these ingredients (bitter gourd,tamarind,onions) with red chilli powder and salt . - for tempering take pan

I really love kakarkaya !! but you haven't explained it in a detailed way. am not sure sure what you meant by peeling the kakarkaya .. but anyway will give it a try .
