Ingredients used in KAPPA CURRY
• Onion, sliced - 1 numbers.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Coconut oil - 5 tablespoons.
• A few curry leaves - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tapioca roots - 4 numbers.
• Coconut,scraped - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Onion - 1 numbers.

1.Peel and cut the tapioca into small cupes.
2.Wash well and cook in water with salt, till soft.
3.Add the paste to the tapioca. Mix and cook for a while.
4.Heat coconut oil, add uraddal and one sliced onion and fry till brown.
5.Pour over tapioca mixture.
6.Stir and cook for a few minutes.Serve hot.nbsp;
