Ingredients used in Kasta Ajwain Puri
• Chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ajwain - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Semolina - 2 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, all purpose flour, semolina, oil, ajwain, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt mix it well, Add water make this into a stiff dough.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and using rolling pin roll them like small disk and deep fry them.
