Ingredients used in kerala kanada spicy chicken
• Coconut milk - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 2 cup.
• Tomatoes - 2 small piece.
• Meat massala - 3 tablespoons.
• Chillies - 4 piece.
• Ginger galic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1n half piece.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chicken with bones or with out - 2 pound.
• Chicken cubes or chicken stock ( optionol ) - 1 piece piece.
• Currie leaves - 2 springs.
1) heat oil 2) add onions 3) ginger, garlic paste, green chilies and saute everything till golden brown 4) add add meat masala and wait till the raw smell of spices is gone 5) add tomatoes and wait till its soft 6) water: 7) adjust salt to your taste 8) let the water boil for a minute 9) add chicken 10) cook it for about 25 - 30 minutes 11) put flame in very low 12) add coconut mil and stir 12) add chicken cubes if you want to 13) and add Currie leaves 14 ) adjust salt to taste and turn of flame 15) coconut oil
