Ingredients used in KESARA ICE HALWA
• Sooji rava - 1 cup.
• Milk - 4 cup.
• Ghee - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 4 cup.
• Almond powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Pista powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Saffron - 6 pinch.
• Rose water - 2 teaspoons.
• Plastic sheets - 2 numbers.
Method:

1. Take some milk add saffron in it, take plastic sheet and apply ghee then keep it aside. 2. Take a bowl and add milk, sooji rava, ghee then saute it with a spoon. 3. When its become thick slow the flame and add ghee, rose water, saffron mixed in milk and saute again. 4. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside. 5. Take another plate arrange the ghee applied sheet on it. 6. When its cools down spread in the plate, sprinkle pista powder, almond powder and then cover it with another ghee applied sheet. 7. When its cools remove the covering sheet, then cut it nicely into pieces. 8. Now they are ready to serve.
