Ingredients used in Khagina
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chili - 1 number.
• Black pepper powder - to taste.
• Cooking oil - 5 teaspoons.
• Fresh coriander leaves - 5 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat a pan, addchopped tomatoes. Saute itl until well cooked.
  • Add green chili, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper, cook it for a minute or so.
  • Then add Eggs and cook by stirring until eggs are well done; remove from heat.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.

Serve hot with paratha or bread.
