- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, semolina, salt, cardamom powder, baking soda, baking powder, ghee and mix it.
- To it add sugar powder, egg, little milk and make a nicely like chapati dough.
- Dust some flour and roll it using rolling pin into thick chapatti, later cut into diamond shape.
- Heat oil in a pan and add khajoor, deep fry it on a slow flame until it changes to brown colour.
- Transfer into a paper towel and rest it.
Now khajoor is ready to serve.
