Ingredients used in khajoor aur imli ki chutney
• Ripe tamarid - 75 grams.
• Boiled water - 75 cup.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Mutard - 2 teaspoons.
• Khajoor - 500 grams.
• Cumin seeds (jeera) - 2 teaspoons.
• Vinger - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:

1. Put imli in the boiling water for 30 minutes or till tender. Extract its juice. Sieve and keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry rai and jeera. Add imli juice,khajoor sirka and salt. mix well togeather.

3. Cook on low heat till water dries out. Remove from heat.

4. When cooled, grind and store in a jar and serve.
