Kiss Me Cookies

Ingredients used in Kiss Me Cookies
• All purpose flour (maida) - 175 grams.
• Almond - 115 grams.
• Almond essence - half tea spoon.
• Egg (yolk) - 1 no.
• Sugar powder - 115 grams.
• Butter - 150 grams.
• Caramel colour - half tea spoon.
• Chocolate - as required.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add butter, sugar powder, whisk it for 5 minutes till it becomes soft.
  • Add egg yolk, almond essence, grounded almond, all purpose flour, mix it like a soft dough, keep it in the refrigeratorfor around 30 minutes.
  • Then divide the dough in to equal portions and half of the dough make roundels,
  • Rest of the dough, add caramel colour and make roundel and put it on the baking trayand bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and add milk, cream (optional) to it.
  • Add the above prepared cream mixture in between the caramel color cookies and white colour cookies.
