Ingredients used in kizhangu karvadu varuval
• Potatoes - 1000 grams.
• Lime - 2 numbers.
• Chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

cut potatoes with skin length wise into four and cut into 1/4 thick slices.marinate with salt,turmeric,chilli powder and lime juice.sat aside for 1/2 hour.heat oil in a kadai, put in potatoes and fry till cooked .stir without breaking potatoes.
