Ingredients used in Kobari Perugu Pachadi
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Yogurt (curd) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Urad dal, - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves, - to taste.
• Dry red chillis, - 2 numbers.
• Asafoetida - pinch.
Method:
1. Add grated coconut to the yogurt and mix well by adding some salt and water .
2. Heat 1 tsp oil and add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and chillies and
when the cumin seed split add asafoetida and remove from fire.
3.Add to the yogurt mixture prepared above.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
4. Serve with white rice.
