Ingredients used in KOSHIMBIR
• Salt - to taste.
• Roasted peanut powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Fresh grated coconut - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Cucumber pieces - 1/4 cup.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 number.
• Radish (grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
  • In a bowl add grated radish, diced tomato, cucumber pieces, finely chopped onions, crushed green chillies, freshly grated coconut, peanut powder, salt, a pinch of sugar, and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  • Mix the entire ingredient well together.

Koshimbir is ready to serve.
