Ingredients used in kotamalli dry chutney
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Vada parippu - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice - 1 tablespoons.
• Urid dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 5 or 6 numbers.
• Kotamalli - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Tamarind - 1 to taste.
Method:
Heat the pan put oil amp; when oil become ot put jeera amp; wen it breaks put urid dal, (vada) parippu, rice when it become fry put curry leaves amp; kotamalli add some salt to taste just mix it well amp; wen te kotamalli becomes just soft take off from the gas..when it become cool grind in mixy by adding tamarind amp; grind te mix witout adding water.
