Ingredients used in KURKUREY ROTI CHAT
• Chapati(stale) - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 2 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Roasted groundnut - 1 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chutney - 1 tea spoon.
• Sweet chutney - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Sev - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Cut roti’s into thin julians and deep fry in oil to golden brown in colour, later transfer into paper towel. To it add cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, chat masala and mix it. Take a small bowl and add onions, green chillies, tomato, salt, lime juice, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix nicely, later transfer into serving plate. Top it off with roasted groundnut, green chutney, sweet chutney. On top of it spread fried roti julians, garnish with sev, coriander leaves. Now kurkurey roti chat is ready to serve.
