Ingredients used in KURKUREY ROTI CHAT
• Chapati(stale) - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 2 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Roasted groundnut - 1 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chutney - 1 tea spoon.
• Sweet chutney - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Sev - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut roti’s into thin julians and deep fry in oil to golden brown in colour, later transfer into paper towel.
  • To it add cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, chat masala and mix it.
  • Take a small bowl and add onions, green chillies, tomato, salt, lime juice, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix nicely, later transfer into serving plate.
  • Top it off with roasted groundnut, green chutney, sweet chutney.
  • On top of it spread fried roti julians, garnish with sev, coriander leaves.

Now kurkurey roti chat is ready to serve.
