Ingredients used in Kurmura dosa
• Rice - 3 cup.
• Kurmura - 1 cup.
• Salt - as required .
• Curd - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Wash and soak rice for approximately 3-4 hours. Drain the water and grind it to very fine paste, while grinding add kurmura, salt and curd. Keep it for fermentation. Once the batter is fermented (batter quantity will increase) it is now ready to make dosa. Heat pan, pou little oil and pour the batter (do not make round circles as you do while making dosa.) Cover the pan and let it cook. Once the dosa is cooked from one side flip it over and let it cook for 2-3 sec. Remove the dosa and serve hot with chutney.
