Ingredients used in Lady Fingers Cookies
• All purpose flour - 3/4 cup.
• Corn starch - 1/4 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 4 numbers.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • First, take eggs and separate them (egg white, egg yolk), pour the egg white in the kitchen machine and egg yolk in the bowl and beat them nicely, in the egg yolk bowl add vanilla essence mix it.
  • Add half of the sugar in the kitchen machine and half of them into the egg yolk mixture mix this, pour the beaten egg yolk in the kitchen machine and beat this another 1 minute.
  • In a bowl add all purpose flour and cornstarch mix this and add into the kitchen machine (little by little), do not mix it vigorously fold it nicely, this mixture pour it into the piping bag and pipe them like sticks,
  • bake them at 200 c for 12 to 15 minutes.

That might be true for inches, feet, yards, miles and so on vs. the metric system, but I have come to the conclusion that baking with cups is much easier and faster than weighing everything. Because it's a solid measure, it more or less automatic
