Ingredients used in Lagano Sas
• Salmon - 500 grams.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Garlic flakes - 5 numbers.
• Cherry tomatoes (chopped) - 6 numbers.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
ÔÇó Wash the fish and cut into thin slices. ÔÇó Mix vinegar, sugar, sauce and egg. ÔÇó Blend it well. ÔÇó Cut onions into slices. ÔÇó Heat ghee and fry sliced onions till yellow in colour. ÔÇó Add coriander, chopped green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds. ÔÇó Mix it well and cook for few minutes. ÔÇó Add flour and blend to make a paste. ÔÇó Pour water and mix it. ÔÇó Boil the mixture. ÔÇó Add salt and cook it over medium flame. ÔÇó Now add chopped tomatoes and fish slices. ÔÇó Cook till fish is cooked. ÔÇó Keep it for cooling. ÔÇó Now spread the vinegar mixture over cooked fish. ÔÇó Cook again over for 5 minutes more. ÔÇó Serve it with rice.
