Ingredients used in LAHSUN KI CHUTNEY
• Lemon juice - 1 numbers.
• Fennel seeds, toasted and ground - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Heads of garlic, peeled and cloved - 2 numbers.
• Red chili powder - 6-8 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Grind all the ingredients in a blender using very little water.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Keep in an airtight container, keeps for a couple of days.

    you are missing the very basic ingredient..tomatoes and kachri instead of lemon. believe it comes straight from jaiputr
