Ingredients used in Lamb Cutlets
• 2 slice of bread (soaked and squeezed) - 2 numbers.
• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoons.
• 1 egg(optional) - 1 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillies cut fine - 1 numbers.
• Onion - cut very fine - 1 numbers.
• Mince meat - 500 grams.
• Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons.
• Fresh corriender and mint chopped - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Add all above ingredients to the meat mince.... except the bread crumbs - do not over mix... add just enough bread crumbs to be able to make small flat balls. Shallow fry in a fry pan just 15 mins before you need to serve....Cook on mediam flame, takes about 6 mins on each side... Enjoy!
