- Soak the sago for 4 hrs, then drain out the water.
- In a bowl add soaked sago and mash it then add grated bottle gourd, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, finely chopped ginger, onion, salt and add boiled and mashed potato mix it
- Then add garam masala, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, amchoor powder, mix it well and make round patties.
- Heat a tawa and place the patties and pour some oil on it cook till it becomes nice color on both sides.
Serve it with green chutney, sweet chutney, tomato sauce.
