Ingredients used in lentil soup
• Coarse rice powder - 4tbsp tablespoons.
• Moong dal - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Gingergarlic paste - 1/4 tsp teaspoons.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Green chilli (slitted) - 1 numbers.
• Thin sliced onion - 1 slice.
• Ghee/oil - 1tbsp tablespoons.
• Water - 4cups cup.
• Salt - acc to taste to taste.
soak rice and dry it then grind it to coarse powder or u can buy it in market ,soak moong dal for half an hour, add ghee/oil to a cooker then add thin sliced onion and saute it until golden brown then add slitted green chilli then add chopped coriander leaves then add gingergarlic paste and then add soaked moong dal saute a little then add coarse rice powder then add water to it and add salt according to ur taste cover it up keep it for 4 to 5 whitles or up to 7 to 8 mins then let the pressure comes down open it and if it requires add water to it and also salt boil it for a while serve it hot
