Step 1 :
For chicken :
in a bowl add chicken, cooking wine, corn starch, sugar. mix well.
get ready with vegetables - spring onions, mint ( optional ) , tofu , chestnuts.
hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chilli paste. mix. keep ready
Heat a non-stick pan. add oil, garlic.
Now for chicken Add chicken mixture, fry as needed ( very little time)
And for veg: add vegetables that we are ready with in step 1.
Then add sauce mixture that we prepared in step 2.
do not fry for long time. this sauce mixture might get burnt.
then add sesame oil. and take out of heat.
In PF Changs, they give with rice fritters. So, its upto you what you want.
Take a lettuce, add the filling, roll it, have fun.
