Ingredients used in LOBIA RECIPE
• Lobia (black eye beans) - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ground coriander - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ground cumin - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Ground turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic, chopped - 2 large.
• Onion, chopped - 1 small.
• Ginger root, peeled and chopped - 1 piece.
• Scant cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Medium tomato, chopped - 1 numbers.
  • In pot soak beans overnight in water to cover generously. Next day, drain beans, cover with fresh water and bring to boil.
  • Add salt, coriander, cumin and turmeric. Simmer until beans are just tender, about 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Heat oil in deep saucepan. Add onion, garlic, ginger and cumin.
  • Fry 10 minutes and add tomato. Cook another 5 minutes and add lobia (black eyed beans) and cooking liquid. Continue to simmer, uncovered, until lobhia are soft but not completely dissolved.
  • Mixture should be soupy.

I really admire the way u make it simple n present with all the necessary info about basic knowledge n science behind each recipe .pav video is also a fantastic one ,if only u can guide me for which oven wil be d best one to be used at home.
