Ingredients used in lobster curry (b)
• Lobster - 4 numbers.
• Oil - 30 ml.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Coriander - 5 grams.
• Cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Cloves - 4 numbers.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger - 1 piece.
• Tomatoes - 225 grams.
• Tamarind - 5 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1. Boil live lobsters. Remove meat.

2. Chop onions.

3. Roasted spices and grind with ginger.

4. Soak tamarind and extract juice.

5. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add ground spices.

6. Add lobster. Fry for a little longer. Add enough water to make the gravy and add salt.

7. Add blanched, chopped tomatoes and let it cook.

8. Whennbsp; about to remove add tamarind juice. Test for seasoning and remove.
