Ingredients used in MACARONI CHAT
• Macaroni - 1 cup.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Sweet sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Yellow bell pepper (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Red bell pepper (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green bell pepper (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
  • Boil the macaroni in water with little salt. Then strain the water, apply little oil to macaroni and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and add red chili paste, chat masala, lime juice, sweet sauce, little bit oil and mix thoroughly and check the seasoning and add salt.
  • Add boiled macaroni, yellow bell pepper, green chillies, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion and mix thoroughly.
  • Atlast add coriander leaves and serve the macaroni chat.
