Ingredients used in Malai Mushroom
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Fresh button mushrooms - 250 grams.
• Maida - 1/4 cup.
• Onion, chopped finely - 1 numbers.
• Ginger paste - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Cummin seeds powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fresh cream - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped corriander leaves - to taste.
Method:
  1. Clean mushrooms and cut into half
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add onions and fry till golden brown
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 1 minute
  5. Add tomato puree and simmer for 3 minutes
  6. Add all the powders and let is cook for 2 minutes
  7. Add mushrooms and salt and let it cook till 1/2 done
  8. Add milk and let it cook till gravy thickens
  9. Garnish with fresh cream and corrinader leaves
  10. Serve hot with roti or rice
