Ingredients used in MANCHI GUMMADI RICE
• Pumpkin(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Green chilly - 1 numbers.
• Dry red chilly - 1 numbers.
• Ginger - 1 small.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Soaked bengal gram - 1/2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Cumin seeds(optional) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Place a pressure cooker on stove and add oil, coarse paste of ginger, garlic cloves, curry leaves and saute them. 2. Then add slices of green chilli, dry red chilly pieces, cumin seeds, pumpkin pieces, bengal gram, water, and rice with 2 cups of water. 3. Boil all these with a lid on it. 4. Cook it only for 1 whistle and now our tasty dish is ready. 5. Mix it well and serve hot.
