Ingredients used in Mangalorean Fish Fry
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chillie powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Fish (pompret preferred) - 5 slice.
• Salt - To taste .
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Clean the Fish and cut it into slices, apply lots of salt and set it aside for 20 min. After 20 Min wash the fish again with water and then make a thick paste of mixing all the ingridents and apply it to the fish and coat it from all sides, Marinate the fish for nearly 1 hour in the fridge. Take a non-stick pan and put some oil and shallow fry this fish till they are done. Serve hot with a dsah of lemon juice. Volla try this Chef, my gurante u will love it (Simple and nice and my mother nade these for ages)
