Ingredients used in MANGO BAR(Naturo)/MAVADU THANDRA
• Mango pulp puree - 1 gallons.
• Sugar - 2.5 cup.
• Cardamom - 1 tablespoons.
• Saffron - 1 pinch.
Method:
its very simple receipe if u have mango pulp then u can do it,or else get a nice ripen mango and make it a puree form then add sugar and water to the pan sugar is according to ur taste I want mild sugar taste so I took 2 1/2 cup of sugar boil it with water till it dissolve and it come in to a boiling stage here starts ur patience,add the mango pulp puree in to the sugar and stir it till the puree solidify and turn in to orange color consistence u require lot patience keep the flame in medium and stir if u leave it ,it will be burnt so be carefull keep stiring till it change to orange and solidify a bit after that switch off the flame at this stage u can add cardamom and saffron and mix it after that in a parchment paper on the kitchen slab spread it little by little and after it cools cut them in to bars simple and tasty try it and tell me how it comes
