Ingredients used in Mango Fool
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Sugar powdered - half cup.
• Whipped cream - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add whipped cream and whip it well then add sugar and whip the cream to a peek consistency reserve some cream. Keep aside.
  • Add the mango pulp in the remaining cream and mix it slowly.
  • Take some fancy hallow ware and fill in layer by layer with whipped cream and blended puree of mangoes and garnish with some pieces of ripe mangoes.

Delicious and yummy Mango Fool is ready to serve.

I saw your bitter melon(karila) juice drinking video and enjoyed it a lot, I can see that face you made even when I close the eyes when going to sleep. And I would like to see your face drinking the bitter melon fool using this recipe. :)

Actually you can. You know what would be better than Cool Whip? Coconut Milk! You will have to whip it though. ( It is just like cool whip, but without the corn syrup and hydrogenated oil.)
