Ingredients used in Mango Ice Cream
• Custard powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Mango - 1 kg.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Milk - 2 litres.
• Fresh cream - 500 grams.
Method:
  • Make the custard as the usual method with milk, sugar and custard powder (follow directions on custard box), and let it cool.
  • Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces, and blend it with cold custard in a blender, and then blend it with fresh cream.
  • If you have an ice cream machine you can put it in the ice cream machine, otherwise you can freeze it in a freezer.
