Ingredients used in MANGO MOUSSE PIE
• Biscuits - 10 numbers.
• Powder sugar - 1/4 cup.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• Whip cream - 1 cup.
• Mango puree - 1 cup.
• Gelatin mixture - 1 tablespoon.
• Mango - 5-6 slice.
Method:
  • In the blender add biscuits to make a smooth powder.
  • Take a bowl and add biscuit powder, powder sugar, butter and mix nicely to make dough.
  • Place pie mould or ring with base and spread biscuit mixture evenly, place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  • Take a whip cream in a jar and whip it later add mango puree, gelatin mixture and whip nicely.
  • Take the pie mixture from the refrigerator, on top of it pour above prepared cream mixture.
  • Freeze it in deep freezer, later demould it.
  • On top of it spread mango pulp and garnish with whip cream, mint leaf, mango slices like as shown in video.

Now mango mousse is ready to serve.
