MANGO SMOOTHIE

Ingredients used in MANGO SMOOTHIE
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Mango puree - 1/2 cup.
• Coconut milk - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a blender and add sugar, yogurt, mango puree and whisk it.
  • Add coconut milk and whisk again.
  • Transfer into serving glass and keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Now chilled mango smoothie is ready to serve.

Looks delicious. One thing I find helpful for smoothies is you could put the mango pulp in an ice cube tray and freeze it, that way you can bland and it will be cold without watering it down or thinning it out :-)?
