Ingredients used in Mango Sour Cream Dessert - Amrakhand recipe
• Pistachios - 10 grams.
• Mango pulp - 1 cup.
• Sugar powder - 1 cup.
• Hung curd - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take curd put it in the muslin cloth, fold it and hang them for 6 hours in the refrigerator,
  • Take a bowl, add hung curd, whisk it till no lumps.
  • Then add sugar powder, mango pulp, mix it well and rest in the refrigerator.
  • Later strain it and serve it.
