Ingredients used in MANGO YOGURT
• Bangina pally mango pulp or paste - 1 cup.
• Yogurt - 2 cup.
• Bangina pally mango(1 inch pieces) - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Tie the curd in the muslin cloth and keep it aside for 3 to 4 hours until the water is completely drained. 2. Remove the yogurt, thick mixture left in the cloth. 3. Remove the peel of mango and cut into small pieces. 4. Take the mixie jar and add mango pieces, sugar and blend it into smooth paste without using water. 5. Take a bowl and add yogurt, mango paste and mix thoroughly. 6. Then add mango pieces and mix thoroughly and keep in the refrigerator. 7. Now serve cool mango yogurt.
