Ingredients used in Maramarala Masala
• Puffed rice (maramaralu or borugulu) - 7-8 cup.
• Onion - very finely chopped - 1 big.
• Tomato - very finely chopped - 1 big.
• Mint leaves - very finely chopped - 10-15 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - very finely chopped - 1 bunch.
• Ginger - very finely chopped - 1 piece.
• Green chillies - very finely chopped - 3-4 numbers.
• Fried ground nuts - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilly powder - to taste.
• Garam masala - pinch.
• Chat masala - pinch.
• Lemon juice - to taste.
• Oil (optional) - 1-2 tablespoons.
Method:
Take an empty pan and fry 2-3 spoons of ground nuts until they become brown. Keep aside. Now chop all the ingredients very finely. Take a big sized bowl. Mix well all the ingredients except the Puffed rice. At the end mix the puffed rice and serve tasty and healthy snack.
