Ingredients used in Masala Coffee
• Water - 3 cups.
• Milk - 3 cups.
• Coffee - 3 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 6 tablespoons.
• Cardamom - 5 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 number.
  • Combine water and milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
  • Add cinnamon, cardamom pods, sugar and coffee into the saucepan. Stir a few times and boil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Strain coffee into another pan.
  • Place coffee over heat and bring to a boil.
  • Pour coffee between two pans until it is thick and creamy.

Serve in cups immediately.
