1. Take piecies of fish and wash in week vinger.
2. Squeeze pulp and juice out of tamarind using vinger. Add to the ingredients a tsp if salt and the tamarind juice.
3. Dip each piece of fish individually in yhis mixture and place in layers in an earth ware jar. Pour remaining spices on top .
4. Place 1 tbsppepper and 1 tsp salt on the top . Close jar withnbsp; a lid. Cover with plastic and set aside. It will be ready for use in a week. When needee take out pieces and fry.
